“CharisTurf” refers to the staff and management of CharisTurf and its affiliates.

“Customer” refers to the individual or the corporate entity engaging our services or booking our facilities at “CharisTurf”

Booking of futsal courts is strictly for the purpose of the sport unless otherwise agreed by CharisTurf in writing. For other activities please call our Hotline: +65 8101 7545 or write to charisturf@tncm.org.sg with the necessary details.

The CharisTurf is NOT responsible for any losses, damage to personal items, personal injuries/accidents within its premises. Do call us at our Hotline for any assistance.

NO smoking, NO littering, NO PMDs, No food, NO consumption of alcohol in the premises & NO ball playing outside of the pitch.

Players/Visitors must observe the on-site rules and instructions.                

Players/Visitors agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless CharisTurf, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from the use of the futsal courts.

Online Booking:

Availability: Subject to court availability

Mondays to Fridays: Off-Peak Hours (10:00am to 6.00pm), Peak Hours (6.00pm to 10.00pm)

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: Peak Hours (8.00am to 10.00pm, 12am)

All normal bookings are to be made through www.charisturf.com.sg.

All bookings made through the Online Booking System must be paid in full through our payment gateway (PayPal).

All bookings can be made up to 60days in advanced of the preferred dates.

We will not entertain any cancellations by the customer once the booking is confirmed, and paid for by the customer.

NO rescheduling of booking is allowed.

In case of no show, the booking fees shall be forfeited.

In the event of inclement weather, such as, lightning and/or heavy rain (CAT 1 status), CharisTurf reserves the right to stop all activities. Failure to comply may result in suspensions or bans from using the facility. No extensions will be made for normal/promotion bookings.

No refunds/replacement will be made for promotion price bookings.

The CharisTurf management reserves the rights to cancel or remove any bookings that clashes with any events.

Players/Visitors:

MUST NOT use CharisTurf’s facilities in any way or take any action that causes, or may cause damages to the surroundings, structures and to the reputation of CharisTurf.

MUST NOT use CharisTurf’s facilities in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

MUST NOT use CharisTurf’s facilities to store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any third parties, political organisations etc.

CharisTurf reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available to it at law or in equity for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the right to block a violating User’s access from the venue.

CharisTurf further reserves the right to determine if a User has committed any violation of the Terms and Conditions herein.

CharisTurf reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time, without prior notice at its sole discretion.
